Our adult child ratio is regulated by the Ministry of Education. The ratio of staff required to work with children is 1 adult to 10 over 2 year olds. We provide a much higher ratio of adults to children at our Centre.

Hi my name is Christina and I have a Bachelor in ECE. I have many years experience in working for children and am the Assistant Supervisor at The Point. I have a passion for teaching and learning and strive to create a positive, fun learning environment for both children and staff.

My name is Cecelia and I have a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (ECE). I enjoy working with all age groups but my passion is for infants. I am a firm believer of the RIE philosophy and believe that having strong relationships with children and families is the key to positive learning and development.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I have a Bachelor of ECE. I have a strong passion for teaching and nurturing infants and toddlers. I value an environment where children feel loved, safe and respected as individuals. I understand the importance of reciprocal caring relationships and the importance this has on children’s development and growth.
Gemma
Hi my name is Gemma and I am the Supervisor at The Point. I have nine years of experience and hold a Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a strong advocate for quality care and recognize the importance of providing a rich, enjoyable experience for children, where they feel loved and respected as individuals.
Nicole
Hi my name is Nicole and I am from Canada. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Primary Education and a minor in Educational Psychology. I believe that the best way for children to learn is by discovery, use of imagination, building trust and knowing that they are cared for.
